My name is Deanna Hamilton, and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with 9+ years experience. I am the creator of Forever Fitness. It is so nice to meet you! I help adults over 30 rebuild confidence, strength, and self-trust through simple, sustainable fitness.

My Story

Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of guiding people to build lasting fitness habits—but my own journey with resilience and strength began long before that.​

​

In 2015, I faced one of the hardest moments of my life: a serious spinal injury threatened not only my health but also my identity as a lifelong competitive dancer. When I was told I might never dance again, I felt devastated—but I refused to accept that as the end of my story. Through physical therapy and strength training, I rebuilt my body and discovered just how powerful movement and resilience can be.

That experience lit a fire in me. I went on to compete in bodybuilding, earning professional status in my very first show. But what I learned through those years is that true health isn’t about pushing your body to the extreme—it’s about creating balance, building habits you can actually sustain, and protecting both your physical and mental well-being for the long run.

My coaching combines strength training, realistic nutrition habits, mindset work, and habit reformation to help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. I don’t believe in extremes. I meet each client exactly where they are, and together we build confidence and structure in ways that fit your unique life. My goal is to help you break free from quick fixes and create habits that actually last.

As a mother of two, full-time employee, and business owner, I understand how overwhelming it can be to fit fitness into a packed schedule. Fitness doesn’t have to take hours every day (unless you enjoy that!), and programs should flex to support your life—not make it harder.

I believe that confidence is cultivated alongside consistency, strength, and sustainable habits. Without mindset work and habit reformation, reaching your goals becomes much harder. That’s why I provide guidance on simple shifts that make a world of difference in long-term success.

My goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and proud of yourself again—inside and outside the gym. If you’re ready to create real, lasting change while balancing a busy life, I’d love to be the coach who walks alongside you on your journey.
